Tucked away in a corner of the West Wing at the Kentucky State Fair, surrounded by stalls full of cows, is a show ring full of bright green mulch — the home of Miller’s Border Collies.
In spite of its out-of-the-way location, the bleachers are always full at showtime. Here, farmer Alan Miller explains his show, and how he gets the dogs (and ducks) to accomplish their feats.
You can see Miller’s Border Collies through Aug. 27, every afternoon at 1, 3 and 5 p.m., at the Kentucky State Fair.
