Voters across Indiana go to the polls tomorrow for municipal elections.There are contested races for mayor in several southern Indiana communities.New Albany voters will select a new mayor. Democrat Jeff Gahan, Republican Dale Bagshaw, Independent Jack Messer and Libertarian Thomas Keister are on the ballot. Current mayor Doug England is running for city council.In Jeffersonville, Democrat Tom Galligan is seeking a fourth term term in the mayor’s office. He faces a challenge from Republican Mike Moore and Libertarian Robert Isgrigg.Incumbent Republican Charlestown Mayor Bob Hall is seeking a third term against Democrat Donna Ennis.Up in Indianapolis, incumbent Republican Mayor Greg Ballard is being challenged by Democrat Melina Kennedy, a former vice-mayor.Numerous races for city and town councils and other offices across the state will also be decided.
