Most of us have, in some way or another, been affected by the closure last week of the Sherman Minton Bridge. Commuters are spending extra hours on the road every day, lawmakers are trying to reassure their constituents, and businesses are sweating about lost customers and productivity that could last for half a year or more. Friday on State of the News we gathered journalists from both sides of the river to give us an overview of what, at times, felt like the only story people were talking about last week.WFPL's Gabe Bullard and Phillip M. Bailey were joined by and Daniel Suddeath from the News and Tribune. As we gear up for tomorrow morning's commute, listen below to what they had to say about week one without the Sherman-Minton.
