Louisville Flooding Update From Bud Schardein

April 2011 has set a record for rainfall at 13.6 inches so far - which translates to roughly 91 billion gallons of water dropped on the area.  More rain is expected tonight, and it appears the Ohio River will crest near the 33 foot mark.  Today the executive director of MSD, Bud Schardein, visited with Todd Mundt on Here and Now about how the city is coping and some of the reasons for the intense weather patterns.
