A new Bluegrass Poll from the Courier-Journal and WHAS11 gives Republican Rand Paul a nine point lead over Democrat Jack Conway in Kentucky's U.S. Senate race.The poll, conducted by Survey USA, gives Paul 52 percent of the vote, with Conway receiving 43 percent. It says four percent of voters surveyed are undecided. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus four points. A previous poll gave Paul a two point lead.
