Kentucky is known for its college basketball, and one of the kings of the sport is Louisville coach Rick Pitino. But his actions off the court are all over the news today. He told police he had sex with a woman in a restaurant six years ago, and now that woman is accused of trying to extort millions of dollars from him. WFPL's Stephanie Sanders reports.
Rick Howlett was midday host and the host of LPM's weekly talk show, "In Conversation." He was with LPM from 2001-2023 and held many different titles, including Morning Edition host, Assignment Editor and Interim News Director. He died in August 2023. Read a remembrance of Rick here.
