Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has taken the oath of office for a second term.Daniels' inaugural address was filled with metaphors, comparing the country's and state's economic struggles to a winter frost.He told the audience in the State House that Indiana will emerge from the recession even stronger."In overwhelming numbers, Hoosiers have declared that we are unafraid to lead, to try the new before others do, and that we like the results of doing so," Daniels said.Daniels is expected to offer a more substantive assessment of Indiana's fiscal health Tuesday night in his State of the State address to lawmakers.Also sworn in at the ceremony were Lt. Governor Becky Skillman, Attorney General Greg Zoeller and Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett.
