It lays out a vision for the city’s environmental efforts over the coming decades, setting 19 broad goals and 63 initiatives. WFPL's Erica Peterson has been poring over the details of the plan since it was first released in draft form earlier this year, and she discusses the final version with WFPL news director Gabe Bullard.26:30 -  Seventeen Louisville-area child care centers have been notified that their state licenses will be revoked after a year-long investigation. The state agency that regulates child care centers won't say precisely what the investigators were looking at, but alluded to fraud. WFPL online managing editor Joseph Lord has been covering the story and attempts to fill in some gaps.28:50 - This week, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in cases that could determine the future of same sex marriage nationwide. Kentucky ACLU Director Michael Aldridge joins Kaila Story and Jaison Gardner, hosts of WFPL's Strange Fruit podcast,to talk about the cases and what's at stake.35:30 - WFPL's arts and humanities reporter Erin Keane runs down some noteworthy local events, such as the final productions of the Humana Festival, the Broadway musical Memphis, and a visual arts exhibit by Michael Combs at 21C.  She then speaks with Ray Rizzo, organizer of Motherlodge, an ambitious annual arts exchange between New York and Louisville.
