A task force commissioned to study a potential collaboration between Metropolitan Sewer District, the Louisville Water Company and Metro Public Works is holding a public meeting tonight.The task force was appointed by Mayor Greg Fischer to look for potential efficiencies or cost-saving between MSD, Louisville Water and Public Works. It began work in January.Now, the task force is looking for public input about ways to combine operations. The public meeting is at 7:00 tonight at MSD headquarters.The task force is scheduled to present its final recommendations to Fischer on May 15.
