Legislative business was postponed again today in the Indiana House of Representatives after most Democrats failed to report for two afternoon quorum calls.The House will reconvene this evening for Governor Mitch Daniels' State of the State address. Democratic leaders have given no reason for the absence of party members.House Democrats returned to work yesterday after a three-day boycott over a contentious labor bill being pushed by the Republican majority.Minority Leader Patrick Bauer said the boycott could resume as the measure makes its way to the House floor. A House committee passed the so-called “right-to-work” bill this morning during a brief meeting. The bill would prohibit companies from requiring workers to pay union representation fees.
