The University of Louisville football team returns to action tomorrow night, hosting Rutgers. The Cards are hoping to end a three-game losing streak Coach Charlie Strong says his team has been playing harder but not smarter, pointing to last week’s loss at Cincinnati in which U of L blew a 16-7 halftime lead. "It’s almost like we’re waiting for something bad to happen, and when it does happen, we’re not good enough to respond, and it’s all about confidence," Strong said this week. The Cards have a 2-4 record. The Scarlet Knights are 5-1 and have won four straight games. Kickoff at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium is 8:00pm tomorrow.Kentucky is back in action Saturday, hosting Jacksonville State, while Indiana visits Iowa.
