Redrawing Louisville's Districts: State of the News

Redistricting is underway in Louisville, but not everyone has seen drafts of the proposed changes. As WFPL's Devin Katayama explained Friday on State of the News, one proposed change would lead to a dramatic drop in the African-American population of District 1, represented by Councilwoman Judy Green. Council members have informally agreed to wait until after Green's removal trial to release any more draft maps to the public.
