Beshear Will Sign "Bath Salts" Bill

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says he will sign a bill banning the sale, manufacture and possession of so-called "Bath Salts."The synthetic drugs can produce hallucinations when snorted. Both chambers of the General Assembly passed the bill outlawing the substances Friday. Their action came days after a western Kentucky woman was found--dazed along a highway with her two small children--after allegedly snorting the drug.
