Indiana House Democrats continued their boycott over the weekend, with no indication that they would return to work today. Most members of the minority party in the House fled to Illinois last Tuesday to protest the Republican majority agenda, which they call an attack on the middle class. There has been no House business conducted since then due to lack of a quorum. The Democrats have said they’re not willing to return unless Republicans are willing to make concessions on bills such as teacher collective bargaining rights and school vouchers.GOP members say they won’t be bullied into compromising their agenda.
