The National Urban League will bring its economic empowerment tour to Louisville next month. The tour will stop in three cities and offer career opportunities and assistance to those facing foreclosure.Urban League spokesperson Michelle Moore says the assistance comes from banks and counselors and may be able to help people keep their homes,"Here in the Louisville community, there are some 62 hundred individuals who are in danger of foreclosure as we speak today," she says. "So the timeliness of this kind of effort couldn't be more relevant."The event will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center on September 15th.
