A company that helps frequent travelers bypass security lines at airports has closed.A statement on the Verified Identity Pass website says the company is closing its Clear Line service because it could not negotiate an agreement with its senior creditor. The registered travelers line in Louisville is operated by Vigilant Solutions, but airport spokesperson Trish Burke says local travelers may still be affected elsewhere."There would not be an impact here for travelers leaving Louisville International, however the registered travelers program is interchangeable," she says. "So in other airports that were served by Clear, there is no longer a registered traveler program at this moment."Burke says other registered line providers are in talks with the Transportation Security Administration about the Clear Line closures.
