Dear State of Affairs: Among my escalating financial troubles, my inability to maintain a positive and meaningful relationship, and the ruthless winter weather, I find myself in need of some guidance and advice. Where should I turn for help?

While those of us at State of Affairs may not be qualified to distribute such guidance, Amy Dickinson of the syndicated advice column “Ask Amy,” will be joining us on Monday to talk about the past, present, and future of the advice column.
