A team of 12 year olds from Jeffersonville, Indiana has arrived in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to play in the Little League World Series.Dozens of well-wishers were on hand early Tuesday for the team's sendoff. The George Rogers Clark All-Stars will represent the U.S. Great Lakes region in the series. They'll open play Friday night at 8:00 against a team from Maryland. Coach Derek Ellis says at this level of competition, there are no easy opponents."Everybody's solid fundamentally. Everybody can hit the ball. Everybody pitches the ball well. So this is going to be a battle of who's going to mess up first, who's going to make the error. Because that's what it's going to come down to, a passed ball here, a wild pitch there, who's going to score that run," Ellis said. The team was sent off in style Tuesday morning, leaving Jeffersonville in a fleet of limosines with a police and fire department escort.
