Quick on the heals of debuting six new songs on NPR's Tiny desk concert series, The Swell Season have given us their first official single from their upcoming disc Strict Joy. You'll remember this European duo as Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova from the movie Once, a description that we hopefully won't have to give anymore now that the band is trying to cement their band name proper, though with a follow up album finally here, we have to imagine their fictional selves were able to work it out after the credits rolled in the movie.
