Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio is holding a rally in Lexington on Friday, the day before the Kentucky Republican presidential caucus.
The Florida senator is among five active candidates seeking the GOP presidential nomination.
The event will begin at 10:15 a.m., although the venue has yet to be announced. It is an open event, but prospective guests older than 12 are required to RSVP online if they want to take part.
Rubio is the third candidate to announce a visit to Kentucky this week. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson spoke in Lexington on Monday, billing himself as the calm alternative on the list of prospective nominees.
Frontrunner Donald Trump has a rally slated in Louisville on Tuesday.
Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich have yet to announce any plans to appear in Kentucky.
Kentucky Republicans who were registered at the start of 2015 can vote in the caucus on Saturday.
