Jefferson County Public Schools launched an investigation Friday into Male High School Principal David Mike's "professional behavior" and allegations of "improper practices at the school," a district spokesman said in an e-mail.The investigation was launched by the assistant superintendent who oversees Male, Paige Hartstern, following multiple complaints, JCPS spokesman Ben Jackey said.Jackey declined to provide much information about the investigation. But he said the inquiry did not involve testing—a recent controversy at one of Louisville's more prominent high schools.Earlier this month, WDRB's Chris Otts wrote that eight Male High seniors alleged that school staff helped them or other students on a standardized college-readiness test.
