The bus then left the highway and turned over. Nineteen people, including 16 fourth graders, were hospitalized after the accident. The report classifies the event as a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident, and the truck driver may not have known about hitting the bus.In a statement, Collegiate officials say the report confirms what the bus driver initially reported.
