President Barack Obama announced his job creation plan Thursday night. The Courier-Journal’s Chris Otts visited us Friday on State of the News to discuss the local employment climate, and reactions from local companies and local workers.He also discussed a new student housing venture at the University of Louisville, Cardinal Towne, an "affiliated housing" complex built by a private developer with space for nearly 380 students that is far removed from the austere student housing of years past.
