Councilwoman Green Resigns, Lawmakers and Locals React to President Obama's Job Speech: Today on State of the News

Segment A: We'll take a look at what happened in Metro Louisville this week, including this morning's news that Councilwoman Judy Green has resigned.Segment B: President Barack Obama announced his job creation plan last night. The Courier-Journal's Jim Carroll will join us to talk about lawmakers' reactions and its chances of passing, then we'll hear from C-J's Chris Otts about local reactions.Segment C: We'll meet a man whose family grew food in Mississippi when he was a child, as a means of survival. As an adult, he started a community farm with his wife, and has now helped more than a dozen families, churches and schools build backyard gardens.
