Today on Here and Now, Todd Mundt spoke with Janny Scott, author of A Singular Woman: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mother.  Scott is speaking tonight at 7pm at the Louisville Free Public Library (admission is free; a limited number of standby seats may be available at the start of the program).Until recently, Ann Dunham's life was not well known, and she was not a constant presence in young Barack's life.  Scott fills in some of the details.
