In a unanimous ruling, the Supreme Court sided with Wal-Mart today, saying that a massive sex discrimination law suit against the retailer can not proceed as a class action. Analysts say the ruling changes class action law. We’ll examine the ruling.The U.S. military has spent $17 billion on technology to jam IED’s. Insurgents have used thousands of those explosive devices against troops. The military is now working on a next generation jammer that could not only disable bombs, but locate them, eavesdrop on the enemy and disrupt drones.And Matthew Eddy of Massachusetts set a Guinness book record by becoming the first person to cross the U.S. by wheelchair. We talk with Matt about his journey and why he undertook it.
