From the Associated PressA Republican businessman who’s running for Indiana governor in 2012 acknowledges that he has less name recognition and fundraising ability than GOP frontrunner Mike Pence.But Jim Wallace of Fishers says he would bring a more business-centered attitude that would help the state create more jobs. Wallace kicked off his campaign today. He’s a former member of the Hamilton County and Fishers councils and has been attending county Republican Party events across the state in recent months discussing a possible run for the governor’s office. Wallace is the founder of TWG Capital, Incorporated, which provides financing to insurance agents and companies.Congressman Mike Pence announced his bid to succeed term-limited Republican Governor Mitch Daniels last week.
