STATE OF AFFAIRS 02/10/11:  Geo-strategist and author Parag Khanna has explored more than 100 countries over the course of his career, and his latest book How to Run the World, explores the current global crisis and lays out a roadmap for creating a truly stable world. Khanna is in town to deliver a lecture at an event sponsored by the Louisville Free Public Library, but first he'll stop by our studio for a conversation about how to run the world.
