It's Friday so it must be State of the News time. Money's on everyone's mind right now, so we'll get an update on the Metro and Kentucky budgets. There's always news about the bridges project and the arena. Finally we'll check in with Tony McVeigh, our capitol reporter, to see what happening in Frankfort.
