Iraq: From Dictatorship to Democracy

There's little doubt Iraq is a different country today than it was 10 years ago. But how much work is still needed to achieve meaningful stability and democracy? Ambassador Feisal Amin Rasoul Istrabadi was one of the principle drafters of the interim constitution in Iraq and also authored its Bill of Fundamental Human Rights. Now he's a visiting law professor at Indiana University. He joins un on Thursday to talk about transitioning the nation of Iraq from dictatorship to democracy.
