Now that the University of Louisville football team won’t be bowl-eligible after last weekend’s loss to South Florida, the eyes of fans are turning to head coach Steve Kragthorpe. The coach has two years left on his contract, and some fans and analysts believe this may be his last season at U-of-L.Kragthorpe says he’s seen improvement in the team over the last three years, but acknowledges the improvements haven’t translated to victories.“I know how this thing works as a head coach. I’ve been around long enough to know that the bottom line is you’ve got to win football games," says Kragthorpe. "And we’ve haven’t won enough football games right now. I’m frustrated with that. I’m disappointed with that for our team, for our fans, for everybody involved that loves Louisville football, I’m disappointed we haven’t gotten those wins. It sickens me that we haven’t.”The four-and-seven Cards have one more game this season. It will take place Friday, when U-of-L hosts seven-and-three Rutgers.
