Kentucky Department for Public Health officials say they have confirmed a case of swine flu in a Jefferson County Public Schools employee.It's the fourth confirmed case in the county, the 13th in the state and the first connected a school.JCPS officials say the patient is a staff member at Meyzeek Middle School who had a mild case of H1N1 and has returned to work.JCPS sent a letter home with Meyzeek students, saying the school will remain open.There have been no fatalites from the illness in Kentucky.
