Police in Alexandria, Kentucky cancelled an AMBER Alert issued this morning for a six month old child who was allegedly taken from her foster home by her non-custodial 15-year-old mother late Monday night.
Authorities were looking for 15-year-old Chelsey Waddell who was accused of taking six-month old Desiree Waddell. Alexandria is in Campbell County, Kentucky, near Cincinnati. The child, her mother and a friend were found late this morning a Boone County apartment.
Waddell has been chargd with wanton endangerment.
