Understanding & Preventing Suicide

We've all been down, "depressed" as we like to say, or tried to help a friend or loved one who was going through a tough time. But sometimes, even without warning, suicidal thoughts will make their way into our brain, or worse, a family member or friend will take their own life. Those who are left behind are left wondering, could I have done something, or done more, did I miss some signs, was he crying out for help, am I to blame? Join us on Tuesday for a discussion about suicide. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number is 1-800-273-TALK.
