Way back in 1990 a quirkly little newspaper hit the streets. It had a neon logo, very big type on its headlines and featured columns by then businessman (now Congressman) John Yarmuth, Coach Denny Crum, Dudley Saunders and many other familiar names. But it wasn't a daily, heck at that time is wasn't even weekly. Flash forward to 2009, the Louisville Eccentric Observer (LEO) has gone through some changes, a new owner, new publisher and new editor, and as of this week, a new look.
