Thursday, January 29, 2009A Conversation with James Surowiecki
The New Yorker writer and author James Surowiecki has been extra busy lately trying to keep up with the changes in the economy for his financial blog The Balance Sheet. And then there's his book, The Wisdom of Crowds, where he argues in favor of crowds on the premise that groups of people can, in fact, be smarter as a whole than even their brightest members. Could there possibly be a correlation between the two? Join us Thursday as we talk to Surowiecki about his work. The Kentucky Author Forum scheduled for today (January 29) with Michael Kinsley and James Surowiecki has been called off due to the weather and will be rescheduled.
