The U.S. Postal Service in Louisville says mail delivery is proceeding as usual but there could be some delays.Postmaster Steve Gregory says carriers will try to get to every mailbox."There will be, I'm sure, a number of streets that we either can't get down because of trees down or power lines, but we're making an attempt," Gregory said.As of Monday afternoon, nine Louisville area post offices had electricity and were open.They are:Baxter Post Office, 1527 Highland AvenueBuechel Post Office, 2259 Hikes LaneFern Creek Post Office, 6302 Bardstown RoadFourth Street Post Office 400 S.
