2008 Kentucky General Assembly Wrap Up
“No” seems to have been the operative word during the first legislative session under Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear. No to putting the casino gambling amendment in front of voters, no to pension reform during this session and just plain No as in there is no money to go around. So, what exactly happened during the 2008 session? Was anything accomplished?
