Times seem to be getting pretty tough for the country and here in Louisville we're starting to feel the crunch. Expenses are up for the city, projects are on hold and the hiring freeze is still in effect. But it's not all bad. There is a proposal in place for more library funding, we're getting an improved system for emergency responders and the city is trying to be greener. So what's next for Louisville?
