Texas songwriter Hayes Carll was recently in town and came by the studio. We talked about a recent essay he wrote for No Depression Magazine called "If I May Be So Bold" which is also a song on his new album What It Is. These are polarizing times but we still have a right to our opinions no matter what your occupation is. He also performed a couple of songs.
