Peter Frampton found himself in an interesting situation when a bird slammed into one of his windows. At first what he thought dead, he was able to quickly nurse it back to health and even flight. The whole ordeal left a big impression on the legendary songwriter and guitarist, eventually finding itself into this one-off song ahead of his upcoming tour with the Steve Miller Band. Frampton took a few moments to speak with Kyle Meredith about the incident, and it's metaphorical implications.
