Alice In Chains - "Tears" (Rush cover)

Aside from the demos and alternate takes, the real curiosity of the 40th anniversary box set of Rush's 2112 is the covers album, wherein a bunch of well-known artists cover a different cut from the LP. We've already heard Dave Grohl's "Overture" and now Alice In Chains have dropped their version of "Tears." The Chains are definitely using a darker pallet, but otherwise the foundation is in tact.
