Muggy, a seven-year-old black cat, needs a new home. He is an affectionate, well-behaved cat whose previous owner died of cancer. Muggy has always been an indoor cat. He loves people and got along with other cats and one beagle in his prior home. He is very smart, showing obvious understanding of many phrases and words and he quickly learns to anticipate routines. Muggy likes to be with people and prefers to sleep on the bed at night, but would accept not being able to do so. Over the last four months he has adjusted to the loss of his owner, home, and the other pets with whom he lived. Even in his sadness and period of disruption, Muggy has used the litter box and his scratching post without fail. Muggy is a beautiful, proud, sensitive, and very sweet kitty who needs a new loving home. Neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations, Muggy is ready to find his forever home. Come visit him today at the Kentucky Humane Society’s main campus!
