The Sweet Serenades accomplish exactly what their namesake implies,as we heard a few weeks ago with the first track off of their new album, Balcony Cigarettes. Sweden’s latest answer to ANYTHING else the rest of the world might come up with, knows how to throw a gut busting riff and surround it with a chorus that will eventually drive you nuts in its catchiness. The new disc – their 2nd LP and 3rd if you count the EP – in a year's time just landed digitally stateside and should be getting a physical release any moment now.
