So, the last surviving member of the WW I trenches, Harry Patch, died earlier in the week. A few years ago he had given a very memorable interview to BBC reporter Mike Thompson that apparently hit Radiohead's Thom Yorke pretty deeply. Upon news of Patch's death, Thom composed a track, under the Radiohead full band name, and posted it on the groups website. It'll cost ya a pound, but all proceeds go to the Royal British Legion, which may not be something we concern ourselves with too much over here, but as Radiohead fans go, its the song that matters.
