You can hear the slow roll of Vic Chestnut's new single Chain rumbling through the dust and dirt like it came out of an eerie Carnivale style gothic western. Last time around, Vic recruited Elf Power to not only give him the edge with the kids, but to serve as a superb backing band. This time around he's tapped members Fugazi, Silver Mt. Zion and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, but the results are nothing like you might expect with those names. Prepare of the slow moving train to arrive on Sept. 22 in the form of the album At The Cut.
