A sunflower is synthesized in a new concerto by TJ Cole

TJ Cole premieres her newly composed concerto for synthesizer with the Louisville Orchestra this weekend. The piece may have electronic sounds, but it was largely inspired by time she spent staying in Kentucky's Bernheim Forest, as well as time lapse footage of the opening of a sunflower.
