Louisville Public Media (LPM) raised $402,837 and gained 818 new members during its just-concluded fall membership campaign. More than half of all pledges were from sustaining members.
Ongoing sustainer support allows the stations to focus more resources on programming and community service, and less time and expense on fundraising. Sustainers currently account for 60 percent of LPM's membership base.
"We want to thank our listeners for their amazing generosity during our fall fundraising campaign," says Donovan Reynolds, President and General Manager of Louisville Public Media. "With the support of our members, we will continue providing quality journalism and cultural programming that informs, educates and enriches our community."
