Classical 90.5 Launches 3rd Season of Summer Listening this July!
Classical 90.5 WUOL announces the 3rd season of Summer Listening, a free program designed to encourage parents and their children to listen to classical music together over the summer vacation. A month of FREE family events has been organized with our community partners as a way to engage listeners and participants (see list of events below). The series will kick off with the Louisville Orchestra Waterfront on the 4th of July!
How it works
Tune in weekdays in July at 11am and 4pm to 90.5 FM or WUOL.org to live stream Summer Listening broadcasts. Each week will focus on a different theme. Participants can sign up for free at WUOL.org to print off our listening list, receive info and activities, enter to win a prize package, and enter our Share Your Story contest. All ages are encouraged to sign up!
"We're excited to continue this unique program, and now with our Education Programs Manager, Sara Soltau, planning new activities, we hope to make Summer Listening an important part of everyone's summer enrichment," commented Classical 90.5 Program Director Daniel Gilliam.
