Today is Inauguration Day in Kentucky, and though Gov. Andy Beshear was officially sworn in at 12:01 a.m. at the Governor's Mansion, the day is full of festivities and traditions in Frankfort.
Beshear and Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman will be ceremonially sworn in Tuesday afternoon, following the Inaugural Parade. Watch live coverage here from KET:
